BUS830: Managing Service Relationships

This unit begins with an overview of an "ideal" relationship between service providers and their customers, comparing customers' evaluations of service with providers' benchmarks. It includes a discussion of cultural differences in ethical values and the relative focus on quality versus quantity and a discussion of contemporary challenges facing managers in the international service industry. This unit is taught at the International School of Management, Sydney, located in Manly.
