BUS832: Entrepreneurial Leadership
The aim of this unit is to encourage students to move from a skills-based focus towards a general management emphasis, with managerial leadership at the core. The unit will explore different theories about motivation, the workings of groups and teams and the importance of entrepreneurial management. This unit is taught at the International School of Management, Sydney, located in Manly.
